Proudly Powered by Phenomenal People

Mountain Waterworks takes great pride in its engineers, construction managers, operational specialists, and professional staff. In 2014, we were recognized by Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter at the Choose Idaho press conference announcing the Idaho Department of Labor’s campaign for keeping the best and brightest talent within the state. Mountain Waterworks project manager Ryan Rehder, P.E. addressed attendees on behalf of the company, sharing why he elected to join our firm and stay in Idaho, forgoing job prospects throughout the country. Among the benefits he stated were the company’s culture, family values, and opportunities for giving back to the communities in which he grew up.

Choose Idaho DOL

Our firm continually seeks to maintain the spirit of the Choose Idaho initiative, attracting homegrown professional talent and providing opportunities for Idaho engineers to remain in the state. We echo Governor Otter’s sentiment when he encouraged other businesses to “keep Idaho’s best and brightest in Idaho, encourage former Idahoans to come home and welcome people with new skills to our communities.”
